Patrick Reynés, CEO  of IPM Group, presented together with Abigail Wallace manager of ACREW, the new edition of the courses for Captains that STP Shipyard Palma offers to its clients free of charge within the programme of the STP&ACREW Superyacht Professional Development.

The next edition is scheduled for the 22nd and 23rd of October, and although the programme is not closed yet, we can anticipate that new courses are being organized aiming at teak maintenance, general maintenance of the boat after a refit, paint care, sail trimming, and how it could be otherwise, the ropes and rigging course will continue on the fourth edition. Finally, and likeit has been done since the first edition, at the end of the courses will be held a closing party.

Throughout all editions of STP&ACREW Superyacht Professional Development, have been provided more tan 50 courses and has involved more tan 1000 participants, including captains, engineers, maintenance, sailors, hostesses, chefs, and crew in general.

Having obtained the opinión of Captains and crew who spend time in the facility performing the maintenance of vessels, it can be said that these initiatives are most welcome and provide added value to the services of the Shipyard.

During the same event, it was also presented the las edition of STP News magazine, with interesting articles about emblematic boats which have performed its maintenance at STP Shipyard Palma, as well as articles of general interest and the latest news of IPM Group.
