• HISTORY

  • A STRONG TRADITION OF SERVICE TO SAILORS

  • IPM MANAGEMENT was started up in the 1990s to meet the demand for marinas and berths in the island of Mallorca.

  • In 1990 it obtained the concession for building and managing Marina Port de Mallorca, which today is a standard-setter for marinas in the Mediterranean. Since that time it has participated in the creation of marinas with travelifts, shipyards, engineering yards, boatyards and firms that repair and refit boats in the Balearic Islands and the rest of Spain.

  • IPM MANAGEMENT's portfolio currently includes internationally-renowned sites such as: Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Palma Cuarentena, STP Shipyard, Varadero Valencia, Varadero Ibiza, Marina Ibiza, Marina Port Ibiza, Marina Port Mahón and other major maritime-sector projects.
